### 1. **Service Agreement**

1.1 **Scope of Services**
Skinlyft Beauty Salon LLC specializes in facial fitness and skin treatments to enhance skin health, elasticity, and appearance through non-invasive methods. Our services include, but are not limited to, Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS), radio frequency treatments, caviar masks, 24K gold treatments, hydrojelly masks, and various facial techniques that aim to tone facial muscles, boost collagen, and rejuvenate the skin.

1.2 **Personalized Treatments**
All treatments are tailored to individual skin types, needs, and goals. Our professionals will assess each client and recommend the most suitable treatment. However, individual results may vary.

1.3 **Medical Information Disclosure**
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before treatments. Skinlyft Beauty Salon LLC will not be held responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or allergies.

### 2. **Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy**

2.1 **Booking Confirmation**
Appointments can be confirmed via phone, email, or through our online booking system. A confirmation message will be sent to confirm the successful booking of your appointment.

2.2 **Cancellation and Refund Policy**
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments and are eligible for a full refund only if they provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, and clients will be charged the full service fee.

2.3 **Late Arrivals**
If a client arrives late for an appointment, the session may be shortened to accommodate other clients. The full service fee will still apply.
